SUPER BOOST RECIPE


Super boost shake


Prep and Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
• 1 medium banana
• 1/2 cup whole strawberries
• 1-1/2 cup low-fat milk
• 2-1/2 TBS almond butter or peanut butter
• 2 TBS ground flaxseeds

Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
